Job Opening: Senior Exterior Artist
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of high-quality exterior renderings, animations, and virtual reality experiences for architectural and design projects.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver visual solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Develop and implement creative concepts and design strategies for exterior visualizations.
- Ensure all exterior artwork is completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior artists, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the quality and efficiency of our visualizations.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss project progress and gather feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D visualization, with a focus on exterior renderings.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Unreal, and Lumion.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality exterior renderings and animations.
- Excellent understanding of architectural design principles, lighting, and composition.
- Experience with virtual reality tools and technologies is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
