Job Opening: 3D Animation Supervisor
Location: UK and Ireland
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead animation production scenes and maintain consistency of production quality and style to agreed deadlines.
- Maintain continuity of animation and artwork within style guide parameters & schedule.
- Work with the production teams to ensure that scenes are in line with the Director’s vision.
- Ensure the team’s animation output is ready for the compositing stage.
- Character animation and Maya software experience are essential.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Past experience in an animation supervisor role for an animated TV Series is preferred.
- Good understanding of technical aspects of Maya software and animation production.
- Strong knowledge of animation fundamentals and principles, walk cycles, lip sync, acting, and character timing.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and taking direction in order to work in a collaborative environment.
- The position is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents only.
- Role available for in-house/hybrid working in Dublin or Belfast studio.
