Job Opening: Graphic Designer

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) working as a graphic designer, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, with an emphasis on branded collateral and brand identity work.
- Experience working with print production processes and knowledge of prepress requirements is a plus.
