Responsibilities:
- Requires imaginative flair, aesthetic sense, and awareness of current trends. While working within the guidelines of the firm.
- Conceptualization of ideas, visualization of outcomes, and translating them into creative output.
- Creating an overall theme or style to be used.
- Looking over and approving designs of other designers.
- Collaboration with designers and excellent communication skills to help others understand their vision for the project.
- Working on complex client briefs Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Dreamweaver), MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
- Ability to communicate with clients to understand requirements.
- Coaching and training team members.
