Job Opening: Motion Designer (w/m/d)
Location: Berlin, Germany, Europe
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Conception and development of high-quality motion content for online, mobile, and social media campaigns.
- Work closely with the creative team and stakeholders from other departments in the company.
- Independently manage projects, from briefing to implementation with high attention to detail.
- Articulate the creative vision for the brand across all markets and consumer/customer touchpoints (ATL/BTL).
- Produce rich motion graphic sequences containing 2D graphic UI elements.
- Establish new processes and workflows and optimize existing ones to ensure a smooth-running production operation.
- Structure A/B and/or multivariate tests to optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis.
- Produce state-of-the-art content for various channels (incl. paid and native social media & support on TV ads).
- Keep yourself informed about industry developments and continually hone your craft to provide high-quality solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree within the field of Motion Graphics or Design.
- 1+ years of brand design experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (primarily After Effects, Premiere and Photoshop) and related plugins experience.
- Ability to create content from scratch and equally be able to create a variety of content from the same assets.
- A can-do attitude; You are solution-oriented and proactive to take responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ad basics (different formats on each platform).
- Understanding of A/B testing concept and eagerness to use it in the process of creation.
- Skills in production (lighting, angle, etc.), cutting videos; experience with product shots preferred.
- A great passion for exploring new ways of storytelling and avoid repeating yourself creatively.
- Understanding of color grading, not afraid of the technical aspects of media production, everything that comes with it (codecs, compression, color spaces, etc.).
- Fluent in English, fluent in German is a plus.
