Job Opening: Producer

Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
- The ability to define client requirements, and then plan and resource a project accordingly with our creative and visual teams.
- Ownership at every stage of production. It’s critical you have a great eye for detail, strong ideas, and opinions.
- Production experience. You know how to budget, negotiate, schedule, hire and set up shots.
- Post-production experience. You’re comfortable scheduling and supervising post-production work including editing, 3D production, compositing, motion graphics, and music production.
- Digital Experience. Experience delivering WebGL/HMTL5 projects, CGI, Unity AR, and Interactive Content also recommended.
- An excellent understanding of the post-production pipeline. You know what needs to happen and how to estimate and plan accordingly.
