Job Opening: Game Designer
Location: Lyon, France
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Designing the game mechanics by developing the system and setting the rules
- Balancing the systems (difficulty curves, learning, pace)
- Participating in writing the specifications to describe the game mechanics and player behavior
- Working with the developers, making the necessary adjustments to meet technical constraints
- Testing the game and reporting any errors or malfunctions in the mechanics, scenario, interface, graphics and/or technical aspects.
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least 2/3 years’ experience in an equivalent position
- An appetite for board games and for UI / UX
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine 5
- A strong sense of initiative and curiosity, you are organized and have a good sense of priorities;
- Good level of English
