Job Opening: Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:
- Adapt points from creative briefs and translate them into persuasive design concepts
- Brainstorm visual and design ideas with other members of the creative team Make proactive contributions and indicate a good
- understanding of the brand Conceptualize and present unique ideas
- Develop high-engagement social media creatively in adherence to brand guidelines
- Collaborate with business teams by scaling existing campaigns to develop a variety of marketing collaterals like emails, brochures, leaflets, press releases, and blog articles Skills needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in a mainstream designing role with a creative agency background
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced culture and demonstrate quick turnarounds
- Adapt with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and PowerPoint. Acceptance of new design tools for scalability.
- Maintain knowledge of industry standards and creative trends across media
- Out-of-the-box creative thinking every day
- A team player who will quickly become a valuable, integral, and responsible part of the team
