Job Opening: Senior Production Coordinator – CGI & Visual Effects
Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- You’ll be tracking the production of CGI-related marketing assets for some of the world’s most innovative global consumer electronics and automotive brands.
- You’ll be participating in the project journey across all stages of the production process – planning development, assigning resources, and tracking progress across internal departments to successful completion.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to draft efficient schedules with project milestones and convert them to reality.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. You’ll be working closely with our colleagues in our London office on a daily basis.
- A solid understanding of the processes and tools involved in 3D modeling, animation, rendering, and compositing. You’ll need this to plan projects efficiently and track/manage best practices.
- Skill in mitigating delays with dynamic resource allocation and forecast.
- A collaborative approach, willing to proactively engage with internal experts for advice to improve projects.
- Ability to daily track projects with artists to ensure deliverables are scheduled to be completed on given deadlines.
- A positive attitude, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production coordinator with video production & post-production.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Prior experience with Ftrack, Shotgun, or similar project tracking tools.
