Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Film, Media Production, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (15 years) in animation and video production, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and high-quality projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team, driving creativity, collaboration, and results.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a strong understanding of visual storytelling, animation techniques, and video production processes.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners, providing clear direction and feedback.
- Problem-solving abilities to address challenges and find innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work that aligns with our brand standards.
- Experience working with external agencies and managing vendor relationships is a plus.
