Job Opening: VFX Supervisor
Location: Berlin, Germany
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- This role will include bidding on and acquiring new business, supervising live projects, coaching and mentoring the artists across the studio, as well as involvement in key studio decisions around technology and the creative process.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience as a vendor-side VFX Supe
- Delivering shows to clients on schedule, budget and of course to quality
- Experience of winning new business, new clients, including bidding
- A strong interest in 2D / 3D pipelines
- A strong interest in studio culture
- Fluent English, some facility with the German language
- EU passport or work permit
- Ability to work on site in Berlin at least 3 days per week
- An interest in leadership and/or mentoring
