Responsibilities:

  • Working with our team of developers and artists to support the implementation of fresh and innovative visuals for our games.
  • Monitoring and managing the art processes to ensure that budgets and requirements are met.
  • Help connect Art and Code departments with tools and workflows.
  • Blazing trails thanks to new technologies and methods of technical art development.
  • Strong artistic skills combined with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Mentoring and helping colleagues to support their personal development.

  • Maintain and maintain records to ensure best practices in art creation and work with the team to provide an overview of standards and processes to increase efficiency.
  • Be a team player but also work independently by knowing when to ask colleagues for advice.
  • Be naturally inquisitive and keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends and developments.
  • Be highly flexible and great at solving problems. Manage processes and workflows Art.
  • Create scripts and tools in Maya or other to help artists (Python, Mel, etc.)
  • Have experience in shader development, optimization and assist with game optimization and frame rate.
  • Have experience in Unreal or other engines.
  • Be knowledgeable about using Particle Effects editors to create PFX and Rigging.
  • 2 years + experience as a technical artist working on video games.
  • 3 years + experience, e.g. in 3D packages; Autodesk Softimage, 3D Studio Max, Maya, IXSI, LightWave and ZBrush.
  • Proficiency in 2D design software, for example; Quixel, Ndo, Substance Design, Substance Painter and Photoshop.
  • Passionate about creating game visuals and supporting our approach to new technologies and industry development.
  • Ambitious and motivated.
