Job Opening: Unreal Technical Artist
Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Supervisors to design & build experiences in Unreal
- Import assets from DCCs for scene setup and layout
- Design Materials in Unreal
- Be well versed in the various lighting techniques in Unreal
- Create interaction and functionality using Unreal Blueprint system
- Collaborate, test new features, and provide useful feedback
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience working with Unreal Engine: Sequencer, Materials, and Blueprints
- Advanced experience with Maya
- Comfortable in a range of content creation software including Photoshop, Adobe Substance Designer/Painter, Zbrush/Mudbox, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player with great attitude, dependable and flexible
- Takes direction well and exercises close attention to detail
Good to have:
- Optimize content through profiling and enhancing performance with the help of diagnostic tools
- Shader programming experience
- Scripting & programming skills with Python, C#, Javascript and C++
- Maya modeling and rigging experience
