Location: Paris, France

Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the art team to create high quality shaders and textures for characters, environments and objects in a stylized art direction
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure the technical sustainability of the shader systems implemented
  • Evaluate new techniques and technologies to improve production workflows
  • Provide technical support to designers and developers to resolve issues related to shaders and textures
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation for the tools and processes used by the art team

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar position, with a specialization in stylized shading
  • Solid experience in creating shaders, textures and materials
  • In-depth knowledge of software such as Unity, Unreal Engine, Maya, Substance
  • Knowledge of scripting languages ​​such as HLSL, Python, C# or MelAbility to solve problems and communicate about them
  • Good teamwork skills
