Responsibilities:
Match Moving Artist:
- Execute all aspects of the 3D layout and previs work in the studio
- Exchanging cameras and sets between layout, animation, environments, fx, and comp departments.
- Taking direction from VFX Supervisor to address the client’s artistic vision.
Camera Tracking & Match Move:
- Overseeing all match move and 3D tracking work projects in the studio.
- Providing occasional in-house match move shot work including cameras, constructing sets and props from reference, and matching digital human stand-ins.
- Working with the assets, environments, animation, fx, and comp departments to ensure the proper integration of match move scenes.
