Job Opening: Production Coordinator
Location: Bournemouth, England, UK
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Putting you’re incredible organizational and communications skills to good use, as Production Coordinator, you’ll be providing ongoing support to VFX Supervisors, VFX artists, and Producers to deliver VFX shots to our clients.
- You’ll be organizing and participating in client Cinesync/Skype calls and dailie sessions, taking notes of key information to relay to other team members.
- In addition to maintaining databases & accurately keeping track of shots/assets.
- Your ability to manage multiple production/client requests will be essential and your can-do attitude toward tight deadlines indispensable to the team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in effective VFX scheduling
- Positive attitude and solution-oriented
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a VFX environment
- Previous exposure to and/or proficient knowledge of: Shotgun, Microsoft Office applications, FTP software, Mac and Windows literate, Basic Linux
