Job Opening: Landscape Artist
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Working on and managing the Landscape development and pipeline using 3rd party software to create the terrain & implementing it in Unreal Engine 5
- Managing the Landscape Material and Layers alongside a small but dynamic art team
- Collaborating with a dedicated team with high ambitions for visual and thematic design
Qualifications & Skills:
- Professional working experience within a 3D game production is essential
- An appropriate portfolio of work that demonstrates artistic development of Landscapes – terrain authoring and management (Texture and Material work would be a bonus)
- Comfortable using various tools and software to create terrain for an open-world game (World Machine, Gaia, or other terrain software)
- Able to collaborate with others across disciplines on shared projects and communicate your ideas effectively
- This is a full-time position at our studio in Copenhagen, Denmark so you will need to be willing to relocate (we offer full relocation support)
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with major game engines
- Experience with authoring tiling textures and materials for terrain using Substance Designer, ZBrush or any other texture generation software
