Job Opening: AWS Cloud Administrator
Experience: 10 years plus
Location: Muscat, Oman
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of AWS-based solutions for clients, including infrastructure, application architecture, and automation
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Act as a technical leader, providing guidance and mentorship to team members on AWS best practices and solution design
- Monitor and optimize the performance and cost-effectiveness of AWS solutions
- Stay up-to-date on the latest AWS technologies and offerings, and continually assess their potential value for clients
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting for AWS infrastructure
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in cloud computing, with a focus on AWS
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate
- Strong understanding of AWS services and how they can be used to build scalable and cost-effective solutions
- Experience designing and implementing complex cloud infrastructure solutions for clients
- Experience performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting for cloud infrastructure
- Experience leading technical teams and providing guidance and mentorship to team members
- Strong understanding of AWS services and how they can be used to build scalable and cost-effective solutions esp., with AWS Services Like VPC,S3, ELB, ALB,EC2,EKS,ECS etc.
- Experience with automation and configuration management tools such as ansible, Puppet, or Chef
- Experience with AWS Solutions (Outposts, Cloud Migrations, SysOps, DevOps, Analytics, MLOps)
- Basic understanding of AWS Well-Architected Framework
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand terms for clients and team members
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure
Note: Valid AWS Solution Architect or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator certification is Mandatory ( Please don’t share profile without certification)
