Job Opening: Post Production Coordinator
Location: Remote
Type: Freelance
Responsibilities:
- Setting up project structure on the server and various online tools such as frame.io, Wiredrive, Aspera, and Slack
- • Scheduling internal meetings, client meetings, and meetings with third-party vendors such as sound designers, colorists, and specialty artists.
- • Managing assets from our artists and organizing them to be uploaded and sent to the client.
- • Receiving assets from the client (via online or physical hard drive), organizing them on our internal server, and distributing them to our artists
- • Disseminating client feedback to the team and following up with the client on any clarification or additional assets needed to address the feedback
- Creating delivery spreadsheets to ensure all assets are accounted for
- • QCing deliverables
- • Uploading assets for delivery to client via Wiredrive, Aspera, AdStream, etc. and loading hard drives for physical delivery if need be
- • Creating and sending links to client and coordinating physical delivery via courier when necessary
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience as a VFX/Post Production Coordinator working in TV, film or commercials
- • Highly organized, detailed and proactive
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to prioritize conflicting tasks when needed
- • Basic understanding of common file formats and resolutions
- • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Docs/Spreadsheets
- • Basic understanding of 3D (Maya / C4D) and 2D (AE) workflows
- • Able to remain calm and confident in a fast-paced environment
- • Working knowledge in CETA a plus
