Job Opening: 3D Art Director
Location: Sydney, Australia
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Working with a small creative team, developing a creative vision, and leading art direction on projects.
- Work closely with the Creative Director and senior creative team, to oversee design, moving images & production within the Sydney studio.
- Deliver high-quality work that meets project targets and budgets.
- Work with Creative Directors and senior leadership to maintain quality control of all FD creative output on live projects and develop new ways to elevate creative direction and output.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-level creative team in line with FDs values.
- Work with Creative Directors and senior leadership to elevate the FD brand and produce innovative creative content that continues to challenge the industry.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Design-centric
- Strong experience working with highly rated studios – either freelance or full time
- Hands-on (either C4D or Houdini)
- An artist at heart while understanding the reality of commercial schedules
- Experimentation is at the core of all your work
- Great communicator
- Team player that enjoys leading from the front
- Organized
- Open-minded
