- Earlier experience working in VFX and Animation Production.
- Should have the ability to directIng and take VFX notes on the shoot.
- Should possess the ability to easily translate the VFX notes from shoot to team for creating better efficiency in project delivery.
- Knowledge of various departments in VFX and Animation Production.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to manage the project delivery and timeline.
- Helps in creating bid sheets as per industry standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Needs to have a good eye for quality.
- Should have excellent team and client management skills.
