Job Opening: Graphic Designer
Location: Remote
Type: Part-Time
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our Marketing Manager to create unique promotions through various social media channels.
- Generate advertisements to promote Animebae’s unique product offerings (I.e., Facebook ads).
- Collaborate on and edit designs concepts for Animebae apparel/accessories.
- Engage with artists and companies on collaborative projects (including NFTs!) that require design edits.
- Understand project requirements and collaborate with our international team to ensure deliverable targets are met.
- Edit video content using advanced editing software (you’ve mastered Canva and iMovie and are proficient with programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Lightroom).
- Design graphics and edit/retouch photo shoot images for online channels to align with brand standards.
- Create small animation illustration loops with your keen eye for detail.
- Reflect alignment between Animebae’s Social Media promotions/advertisements with our brand.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1+ year of experience in content and media in advertisement, marketing, and promotions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related fine arts field, or equivalent work experience.
- A portfolio of design work that showcases your strong design skills in streetwear and anime.
- Skilled in basic animation and passionate about anime art to support integration of animations into promotional content and NFTs.
- An adaptable, team-focused attitude with a focus on creative collaboration and project timelines.
- Ability to create animation loops would be a definite asset.
- You bring a strong sense of style and interest in streetwear, anime, design, and Social Media trends.
- You understand the ‘street art’ world – whether, through a design interest in fashion, tattoos, graffiti, anime or related content, your aesthetic is in line with our style!
- You bring content and media experience working in advertisement, marketing, and promotions.
- You understand how to merge your previous marketing experience to generate stand-out content on social media (I.e., TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube).
- You bring social media promotion-level experience in video editing.
