Job Opening: UX Designer (Team Lead)

Responsibilities & Skills:
- Were looking for curious UX Designers with 5-10 years of experience.
- Your portfolio of ‘real’ work done for ‘rear clients should be exhaustive and outstanding across mobile and web.
- You should have experience and the ability to do user research, create user flows and high-fidelity wireframes.
- You should be proficient with the tools of our trade (Whimsical, Figma, Photoshop and their equivalents) to create user flows, wireframes and clickable prototypes.
- You should be deeply curious and have the drive to proactively talk to, listen to and question users before you start putting anything on paper or pixel.
- Your communication should be prompt, to the point and frequent. You should also clearly be able to articulate your solutions and design decisions to key stakeholders and clients.
- You should have the inclination to coach, mentor and guide 4-6 junior designers.
- You should be self-managed and professional. Don’t make us ping you for updates like ‘what happened to that thing you were supposed to do?’ or worse ‘we are all waiting for you to join that call’
