Job Opening: 3D Modeler

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 3D models, models for real-time gaming, UV maps, and texture maps.
- Create and texture 3D models using reference images or artistic concepts.
- Create shaders, materials, and textures to bring the art to life.
- Ensure the timely delivery of projects with high quality.
- Contribute to the creative process by suggesting concepts and creating storyboards.
- Contribute to the improvement of the production pipeline.
- Collaborate efficiently with programming and design teams.
- Assist, train, and support the team based on their knowledge and skills.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest innovations in animation and graphic design.
- Assume all other responsibilities related to the position.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Between three (3) and six (6) years of experience in a similar role, where you were able to develop your skills and expertise.
- University education or personal experience in 2D and 3D art.
- Experience in producing 3D artistic content, including modeling, UV work, texture mapping, and high and low-poly pipeline versatility.
- Strong knowledge of light, color, shadows, and style.
- Advanced skills in hard surface modeling.
- Good understanding of real-world architecture, natural landscapes, and mechanical objects.
- Solid foundational artistic skills.
- Ability to interpret 2D art direction.
- Proficiency in software tools such as Maya, 3Ds Max, ZBrush, Mudbox, Substance Painter, and Photoshop.
- Adaptability to changes.
- Self-motivation and proactivity.
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine.
- Experience with Substance Designer is a plus.
- Experience in-game environment design is a plus.
- Experience with Blender is a plus.
