Job Opening: 3D FX Artists
Location: Paris, France
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Under the responsibility of the head of FX of the series, you will manufacture the FX in the plans, in the respect of the artistic direction, the quality and the quotas. In particular, you will be in charge of:
- To apply the effects from the given references, following the artistic and methodological rules.
- Deliver work within established quotas.
- Alert on technical problems encountered.
- Check the conformity of the manufactured plans.
Qualifications & Skills:
- The practice of 3DSMax software: Tyflow, use of plug-ins like frost / xmesh / paxliquid (bifrost) / fume fx, phoenix FD.
- General knowledge in simple modeling, mapping, surfacing, simple rig, rendering.
- Notions on Nuke are a plus.
- Rigor and methodology
- Demonstrate autonomy and diligence
- Good knowledge of the 3D production pipeline
- Knowledge of effects such as rain, snow, blood?
- Fluency in English is a plus
- Juniors accepted
