Job Opening: 3D Artist

Location: Remote

Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Creation of new 3D assets ranging from props to clothing to weapons
  • Creating skins of existing assets and working within their limitations
  • Liaising with other team members and working to get feedback

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Skilled in a 3D app (Blender, Max, Maya) and secondary apps like Zbrush, Marmoset Toolbag, Substance 3D Painter, etc
  • Strong modelling and texturing skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Comfortable working from concept and without
  • Understanding of a variety of types of asset creation, from props to clothing to weapons
  • The ability to work to requirements and budgets
  • Author an asset through all stages of the creation pipeline
  • To be able to work within a team and work to feedback
  • The ability to learn new systems and workflows
  • In-depth knowledge of Rust
  • Experience working within a game engine and asset implementation
  • Experience with the Unity game engine
  • Fan of Rust/survival games
