Job Opening: VFX Producer

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end production process across one or more VFX projects.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones and delivery targets are met.
- Coordinate effectively with artists and supervisors to maintain clear lines of communication.
- Facilitate smooth production workflows while maintaining focus on efficiency and quality.
- Support budget tracking and resource allocation in line with project scope.
- Maintain accurate progress tracking using tools such as FTrack (experience preferred).
- Contribute to team planning and problem-solving across departments as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a VFX Producer in film and/or episodic production environments.
- Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- A flexible, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
- Familiarity with production tracking tools, particularly FTrack.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (remote and in-studio as required).
- Must be currently based in the UK with valid work authorization.
